Kevin did a wonderful job at helping me and my husband pick out a new mattress. He helped us find one that worked perfectly for both our needs (back vs side sleeper) and throughly answered all of our questions without being pushy. He even managed to entertain our kids while we were looking around and doing our paperwork. Brandon and Sean, the delivery drivers, were fantastic! They called when they were on their way and had everything set up in no time. All around a great experience!
Ive bought a mattress from here before and it seemed to be a little too hands on. We stopped by again for our guest bed and the employee must've been doing all the inventory so he was a little out of breath and sweaty. Regardless, he stopped his work to help because we were confused and overwhelmed with options and must've looked the part. He worked with us on our budget and recommended truly the best thing for our needs. His vast knowledge of all available mattresses, patience with us picky shoppers, sense of humor and calm, and willingness to put together the perfect package at a reasonable price made this store/location stand out among the many available options in the Knoxville area.
Doug did a great job with customer service and explaining mattress and base options. He also made sure my new bed was delivered in a timely manner, even though it was a holiday week. The store was exceptionally clean and the merchandise displayed well. It was a non s that they were offering a $200 off deal on the mattress I selected. Highly recommend!
