Doug did a great job with customer service and explaining mattress and base options. He also made sure my new bed was delivered in a timely manner, even though it was a holiday week. The store was exceptionally clean and the merchandise displayed well. It was a non s that they were offering a $200 off deal on the mattress I selected. Highly recommend!

Doug was amazing! We loved how knowledgeable he was on what type of mattress would work best for us on our budget and comfortability. Delivery went perfect and they were polite and respectful. If you are looking to get a new mattress at an affordable comfortable price the bed store is the place to go!

Very good service at the Chapman highway store. Doug Lesher was super personable and informative. A little mix up in when the mattress could be delivered because I was trying to get it delivered a little earlier than Doug said… but it finally happened… I have 90 days to test the mattress and the first night was pretty good… Looking forward to my back feeling better. The delivery guys were super! 👍🏻
