The Bed Store is where I've directed all my family and friends to for years now. We've all had a wonderful experience and everyone I've sent to see Ty at the Kingston Pike store have told me he did a great job at getting them sleeping on exactly what they needed and was very knowledgeable but not pushy, not the typical sales guy experience they'd had in the past. The Bed Store is a great place to shop for your new bed! We purchased a mattress set about 10 yrs ago from the old Kingston Pike location, loved the mattress, but it was just time for a new one. I went in and saw Ty, looking for a particular mattress, and he had it. Went in to get suggestions on making my new firm mattress a little more comfortable. Ty asked a few questions and offered some great advice and solutions. I left with a topper and it has been a game changer! I appreciate Ty taking the time to help me, even with a small item. When it comes time for something bigger, I’ll definitely be back to see him!
We had shopped around and came into the Kingston Pike store and met Ty. He was very friendly and patient with my wife and I as we had many questions. Ty knew his stuff! He was able to help us with what we wanted and shared the pros and cons with different options and what we purchased was $1300 less expensive than Mattress Firm quoted us for the exact same mattress and adjustable bed frame. Happy to do business with a family owned and local company.
