In August of 1992, Roger and Misty Cunningham opened the first Bed Store location in a small West Knoxville strip mall. 26 years, 8 stores and over 200,000 tucked in customers later, we still do the same thing we started out doing. Absolutely the best experience buying a new mattress. I had been looking several places to find a nice and affordable mattress and finally decided to stop in at THE BED STORE. A great experience at the Bed Store on Kingston Pike! Was having a hard time trying to figure out what mattress we could match to our frame, but Ty was very knowledgeable and offered us several options. Ended up with the perfect solution. Definitely highly recommend. A pleasure to work with!
Ty greeted us warmly but, thankfully, not in an overwhelming way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and totally non-pressuring. We had done our homework before coming in so, with our questions and preferences, Ty was able to guide us to exactly what we need. We would highly recommend Ty and The Bed Store.
