Ty greeted us warmly but, thankfully, not in an overwhelming way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and totally non-pressuring. We were ready to purchase a new mattress and went into the Bed Store on Chapman Hwy. We met with TY, he was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and showed us several options. He took the time to tell us how they’re made and what they’re made of. My husband and I were so pleased with the new mattress and pillows we purchased from the Bedstore. Ty was very informative and took the time we needed to make our decision.
