My experience was absolutely amazing at Mercedes of Knoxville this past weekend. The experience is a testament to Michael Wester. He’s a wonderful man hard-working somebody I can relate to. I had a great experience with the salesperson Darryl, he was very personable and had a very realistic view of sales. I felt very comfortable in a Mercedes dealership when in the past, I wouldn’t have had the courage to pull in the lot. He knew when to speak, and when to listen. Joel Lay was amazing. He was so patient and was full of information for the GLE that I bought. What a great salesman. All the staff in the showroom were super nice. I own another Mercedes but I didn’t buy it there and I have a serviced there in the service department is incredible, but I’ve never dealt with the sales department. Top notch!!
Our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville was fantastic! Our salesperson, Chase Anderson was so friendly and helpful. The whole process of purchasing our car went so smoothly thanks to Chase and Ana in Finance. When we picked up our new car, Dane explained all of the features to us and let’s just say that patience is his specialty! Lauren was great! My second Mercedes Benz purchase with her, and the experience was still excellent. She took time to go over all the car’s features and answered all of our questions. A+ dealership.
