The owners of the Hendersonville store were extremely helpful, answering all of my questions, while patiently letting me try a variety of mattresses. The transaction was smooth, with financing options available. They also offered the best deals in town over the Memorial Day sale. With great customer service and pricing, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Customer service was awesome!! I have no complaints about that. However, I spent over $100 for a pillow. I was never told I would not be able to return it. The queen pillow is the size of a full, and the kings are the size of a queen. The rep tried to get me a refund and was told no by her supervisor. I didn’t keep the pillows for a week or even days. I took them back, in the original packaging and pillows as clean as the ones they have laying on their beds. The worst part, there is no way to get in touch with corporate.

My experience with Mattress King was 5 stars from start to finish! Courtney at the Hendersonville location was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly while guiding me through my options. My mattress was in stock and the delivery was scheduled for a day that fit my schedule. The drivers gave me a 2 hr window for delivery and then called 30 mins prior to arriving. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

The sales staff were very knowledgeable about the products. They explained all the details about the process regarding delivery & all charges we would incur. Price was right! We really liked the no charge for delivery and the cost to remove & haul away the old set. Love the mattress. We had a great experience!
