It began with the Sales Manager. She was amazing. Very patient!!! Allowed my husband to keep laying on the beds to decide. Next the delivery was perfect. The guys called ahead brought the mattress in and placed it where I directed them. Experience with mattress king is a 10
I highly recommend Mattress King to anyone looking to buy a new mattress! I needed a full size mattress for my daughter. I wanted a good quality mattress without spending a lot of money, and that’s exactly what I got! I tried different ones in the store, which was very helpful. I was able to feel the softness/ firmness of each one or if it was full of springs. We loved the kindness of the associate, and she was amazing in knowledge. She didn’t rush us into making a decision. Delivery of the mattress was prompt .😊
Great experience with the Gallatin store and the delivery was also great. The Manager was fantastic and the delivery personnel were very friendly and delivered on time.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Caritta was wonderful, not too pushy. Delivery was on time..a little early even. Highly recommend!
