We spent over $4000 on a TempurPRO Adapt mattress from this "company." We were guaranteed an option to swap to a different firmness after 30 days if we were unhappy. Well, we were unfortunately unhappy. The mattress slept like a piece of concrete. We went into the store and spoke with the manager pleading for a sooner swap about a week after delivery. Delivery was great! Got a call the day before with the delivery time window, as promised. Was notified of arrival 5-10 minutes before they arrived, again within the promised delivery time window. Delivery was prompt and professional.
I highly recommend Mattress King to anyone looking to buy a new mattress! I needed a full size mattress for my daughter. I wanted a good quality mattress without spending a lot of money, and that’s exactly what I got! I tried different ones in the store, which was very helpful. It began with the Sales Manager. She was amazing. Very patient!!! Allowed my husband to keep laying on the beds to decide. Next the delivery was perfect. The guys called ahead brought the mattress in and placed it where I directed them. Experience with mattress king is a 10
