We spent over $4000 on a TempurPRO Adapt mattress from this "company." We were guaranteed an option to swap to a different firmness after 30 days if we were unhappy. Well, we were unfortunately unhappy. The mattress slept like a piece of concrete. We went into the store and spoke with the manager pleading for a sooner swap about a week after delivery. I highly recommend Mattress King to anyone looking to buy a new mattress! I needed a full size mattress for my daughter. I wanted a good quality mattress without spending a lot of money, and that’s exactly what I got! I tried different ones in the store, which was very helpful. I was able to feel the softness/ firmness of each one or if it was full of springs. It began with the Sales Manager. She was amazing. Very patient!!! Allowed my husband to keep laying on the beds to decide. Next the delivery was perfect. The guys called ahead brought the mattress in and placed it where I directed them. Experience with mattress king is a 10

Walked in with NO idea of what we wanted or where to begin looking, then we met Wes...he has so much knowledge & information & helped by showing us, letting us experience the differences in mattresses. He is Awesome!!! We highly recommend him & the Gallatin store for any & all your mattress needs. We feel we got a good deal & can't wait to try our new mattress & finally get a good night's sleep!!! And Grandma, 'T' was great, very helpful!!!
