Corrita was so nice & knowledgeable to answer all our questions! I called before I went to make sure she was there because I trusted her to help us. She not only listened to our needs for the 2 sets of queen mattresses & upholstered bed frame but she also got us next day delivery. The delivery guys were also great. They communicated the day before as well as 30 minutes before they arrived.
Was in need of a new mattress and found myself at Mattress King, the best experience i have ever experienced in buy any piece of furniture. The person working was amazing and made the whole process soooo easy and actually enjoyable. She went all out on getting us set up with proper information and pricing and delivery by the next day. Delivery people was just as nice as the clerk and I was sleeping on the mattress the next night... will never go anywhere else but there to buy a mattress ever again.
I wanted to buy local. I visited the Gallatin location and was surprised by the amount of samples to try out on the showroom floor. Caritta, the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. My new Helix Midnight Lux- Cool mattress with Bamboo pillows delivered within the week with white glove service. Wonderful customer service from this family owned business. I recommend both Mattress King and the Helix mattress is fabulous so far!
The employee was very knowledgeable and really helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. Delivery was amazing. They were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They took my old mattress so I didn’t have to worry about what to do with it. Highly recommend.

I wanted a good quality mattress without spending a lot of money, and that’s exactly what I got! I tried different ones in the store, which was very helpful. I was able to feel the softness/ firmness of each one or if it was full of springs. I usually buy things online from large companies and have them shipped to my house, but the fact that I could feel the mattress that my daughter would be sleeping on b... read more
