We purchased a tempurpedic and base from them. It was delivered stained and the delivery men damaged our Restoration bed frame significantly. They admitted it and noted it on the delivery paper work. No one followed up. I called o. The mattress and the damaged restoration bed on numerous occasion to both the store and delivery group. No help was provided except a customer service email that did not reply until I threatened to get a lawyer involved. They offered no restitution And only offered to replace the mattress under it... read more
