Meet with David at the Dickson store. He showed us and told the pro's and con's of each mattress we look at. We bought the twin adjustable beds. Delivery was as promised. The 2 gentlemen set up the beds made sure everything worked and answer all questions. THANK YOU for your great service and products.
It was fun trying out all the mattresses till we found the one that was just right for us. I haven't slept so good in years last night was our first night on our brand new mattress
They had great knowledge of their beds, and they took their time to listen to my needs and took really good care of me. The delivery crew was very professional, setting up the beds and taking good care of us.
The salesman was knowledgeable and informative. He was very polite and nice. Larry and Kevin was at my house when they we scheduled, very efficient and carried away all the plastic. Set up my new mattress and placed it where I wanted it.
Had a great experience at the Dickson location, explained what we were looking for and they gave us our options and made sure we were happy with our purchase. No pressure to purchase is always a fantastic way to do business. Much appreciated.
