We had to get a more comfortable mattress so went to Mattress King first with intention of shopping around. Debbie greeted us and took time to listen to our needs. She showed us several different mattresses, explained the differences and gave us time to try them out. We found the right mattress and ended up not needing to go anywhere else. They were so helpful when it came to assisting me in finding the perfect bed for me, and they were so informative on how each of them are made. Plus when the delivery day came the gentlemen who came where helpful, quick and efficient when it came setting things up. All thi is considered I would recommend Mattress King to anyone who is need of a new bed.
The whole experience was fantastic. Debbie at the store was friendly and professional. The delivery was quick and easy. They gave us 24 hours notice for a two hour delivery window. Called 30 minutes before they arrived. Took old mattress and box spring and left within 10 minutes. Would definitely buy again.
It was a quick and easy purchase. No pressure from the salesman and delivery was prompt and fast. A great experience.
Showroom was great, knowledgeable staff. Delivery was the reason for the lowered mark. I had an Emergengy with my younger brother that put my delivery window into jeopardy. They bumped my delivery time up by one hour. I was sitting at my brother's oral surgery office. They wanted to come but I was still.sitting there. So they cancelled me.
