I worked with John Van Dyke at your 100 Oaks store in getting a new mattress for my guest bedroom. John was fantastic in helping me understand the many mattress types and options available and the pro’s and con’s of each. John was very patient and helped me decide on a higher quality mattress that was available on a discount as a floor model. The entire experience was great!!!
The manager determined what I was looking for and showed me several styles and prices. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase and arranged delivery to suit my time frame. I found what I was wanting and am thoroughly enjoying my mattress.
At the 100 Oaks location, the salesman Marc was super nice and helpful. He even stayed well after closing to help me decide on a mattress. Delivery guys Vic and Larry were also great. They arrived on schedule, showed me how the adjustable base worked and did not leave anything for me to have to clean up after they left. Very pleased with the entire experience. 😊
Well I have 5 bedrooms I need beds sets for. I went in shopping to get my sons done first….. bought a nice mattress, box spring and metal frame. Delivery scheduled for 6 days later. Called 2 days later to cancel the box spring/ metal frame bc we found him furniture that won’t require it. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t loaded on the truck yet…. I had been mattress shopping online earlier in the day and saw the Mattress King while running errands. John was knowledgeable and not pushy. I left, consulted with my husband, and called back to place my order on the phone. The whole process was so easy, and free delivery plus a small fee for taking the old mattress sealed the deal.
