A great place NOT to buy a mattress Had a very hard time having our bad mattress replaced to begin with - and had to haul it and pick up the new one ourselves or pay to have their defective merchandise replaced. Ended up paying MORE money for a ""better"" mattress. The ""new"" mattress had a huge divet in it from the first night on. Can't afford to ""replace"" this ""new"" mattress with another from Mattress King. We will not go back and the only recommendation will be to stay FAR AWAY from Mattress King. Pros + are none
Lowest Prices Guaranteed is a Joke! Chris quoted me a price for a mattress based on their ""price matching policy."" When I called back to order it over the phone and pay for it, Judy, the assistant manager, refused to honor the price. She said that he should have never offered to sell it to me for such a low price. Cons - They don't honor their word or price matching policy.
