Everyone at Mattress King has been great to work with! Carissa was super helpful! I was then notified when the delivery would take place, they were on time and did a great job setting up the new bed! Highly recommend!
Mattress King is the best mattress store that we went to in Nashville! Carissa was incredibly helpful and talked us through all of the different mattress options. They had a flexible delivery policy that was helpful with our bedroom set getting delayed and provided an amazing promotion that helped us save money on a new king mattress. Definitely recommend!
We've spent the last 6 months trying several boxed mattresses and hating them, and I developed some bad lower back pain from the latest. I wish we had come to Mattress King sooner - Carissa was the most helpful mattress sales person we spoke to, and we spoke to many across different stores, some that were even high end. At the initial time of purchase, our sleep concerns were not heard and we were convinced to buy a mattress that has been terrible. When our sleep trial window was up, we went back and found a different mattress we really liked but were then told the exchange had to be within the same brand. Wonderful sale from the beginning! Carissa didnt try to just sell us a matress, she helped us make sure we were getting what was best for our needs. Delivery guys were very kind and respectful of property. Came exactly when they said they would be there. Only advise I would say, they could of given a little information about mattress coming to form from being vacuum packed and asking if the height of the headboard was ok ( i had to lower it just a bit) but overall very pleased! Great job!
