Absolutely a wonderful experience from phone conversation with Kim to in store experience with Derrick. Delivery and set up was perfect… the attention to detail during set up was above and beyond! Mattress King was the best!! Would highly recommend visiting them. We absolutely love our new Beauty Rest Black and the adjustable frame is a whole new experience. Sleeping so much better!!! If you let them deliver, you will regret it! The sales people in Franklin were knowledgeable and helpful, so I was expecting a similar positive experience with delivery. Unfortunately, it couldn’t have been worse. The delivery men looked like they just came from a homeless shelter, were talking about how one was going to miss a movie, and were careless to an astonishing degree. Excellent service! When we purchased the mattress, we received excellent, efficient service in the store. The price was better than the competition close by and the service was definitely better! Delivery was great too! It was quick and easy. The delivery came in the timeframe they originally gave us and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you!

I actually could give this five stars. The service was great. The delivery set up was efficient. As part of the gift offer we chose a pillow. however, my husband does not like it. We are unable to return it. It seems strange that you can exchange a mattress, but you can’t exchange a pillow. I used a pillow protector And pillow pillowcase. He laid on it for about 30 minutes and determined it was too hard. I think we should at least be able to exchange it for something else if not return it completely.
