If you let them deliver, you will regret it! The sales people in Franklin were knowledgeable and helpful, so I was expecting a similar positive experience with delivery. Unfortunately, it couldn’t have been worse. I actually could give this five stars. The service was great. The delivery set up was efficient. As part of the gift offer we chose a pillow. however, my husband does not like it. We are unable to return it. It seems strange that you can exchange a mattress, but you can’t exchange a pillow. I used a pillow protector And pillow pillowcase. He laid on it for about 30 minutes and determined it was too hard. I think we should at least be able to exchange it for something else if not return it completely. Derrick Klindt at the Cool Springs/Franklin location was the ideal salesman. When I walked in to his store, I really wasn't thinking that I was ready to buy until I looked around at some more places and did some more homework.
