Great sales rep Kim helped us find the best Helix mattress and Tempur-pedic adjustable base. Delivery was quick. Vic and Reco did a great job taking out our old mattresses and setting up the new ones. Vic took us through the adjustable mattress features and remote. He should be in sales!!
Best and easiest experience! I went in to lay on the Helix mattress and it’s was everything I imagined. Amazing! Darrin was super nice and helpful, I also bought some bamboo sheets and a mattress pad protector. They emailed me to schedule delivery for a few days later and gave me a 30 min heads up before delivery. Everyone was organized, great communication, professional, fast and all delivery went smoothly. Highly recommend buying a mattress from this company. Great experience and also highly recommend the Helix mattress!
Absolutely a wonderful experience from phone conversation with Kim to in store experience with Derrick. Delivery and set up was perfect… the attention to detail during set up was above and beyond! Mattress King was the best!! Would highly recommend visiting them. We absolutely love our new Beauty Rest Black and the adjustable frame is a whole new experience. Sleeping so much better!!! If you let them deliver, you will regret it! The sales people in Franklin were knowledgeable and helpful, so I was expecting a similar positive experience with delivery. Unfortunately, it couldn’t have been worse. The delivery men looked like they just came from a homeless shelter, were talking about how one was going to miss a movie, and were careless to an astonishing degree.
