What a fabulous experience!! Everything, and I do mean everything, went so well. Exceeded our expectations. Jeff Dumas, our salesman, was so honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been a service customer of Infiniti of Chattanooga for several years and the service there has always been good. Recently, however, it was even better. I had my car serviced and detailed and was advised that Scott Carpenter was in charge of the detailing part - he did not disappoint. Even with the weather being bad at pick-up time, I could tell how good it looked. The service department advisory staff was equally as helpful.
