As a first time boat owner and new customer of Charlotte Ski Boats - Lake Wylie, I can’t say enough good things about them. Mike Walker was a wealth of knowledge and he was very patient, educating me through the buying process. We have been extremely pleased with our purchase as well as the follow up from CSB. Had a great boat buying experience! Jered Popik was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. They let us take our time, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Jered delivered the boat on a Friday evening and showed us the ropes for my first surf session behind the new 24RZX. He even backed the trailer down the drive in the dark when we finished up. Very happy with the purchase, just wish we had a few more weeks of summer.

My contact Mike was awesome!! Went above and beyond for price and also some ordered some broken items on the boat. Can’t recommend these guys high enough.
Salesperson was very easy to work with. They also had someone walk us through the boat upon delivery which was great. Overall I say they provided very good customer service. I was a bit surprised that the boat did not come with fender clips or a starting package of life jackets and other items needed. That is something I should have verified.
