Today we had an awesome time with Brac! He did a fantastic job instructing and demonstrating how to wake surf for the kids. He was incredibly patient with them and took the time to answer all of their questions. You could tell he was very conscientious of our surroundings, making sure to provide the best possible surfing environment while also keeping everyone safe. My wife and I do not have enough words to describe the fabulous experience we had with Charlotte Ski Boats, and specifically Casey. At first, buying a boat from a dealership two and a half hours away seemed crazy. Looking back, I can’t imagine doing it any other way. This is the only place I would trust with my money. From my original contact with Sales Manager Casey over the phone from out of state he was extremely informative of the boating in the Lake Norman area that was extremely helpful to us in picking out the right boat for us - he was honest, open, and followed up on any questions we had and he explained everything on what went into the price of the boat which made us very comfortable that this was a win/win purchase.
