The wings are good. The choices of sauces are good. The restaurant itself is starting to look rough. The bench seats are shedding, the walls are banged up, there are some stains on walls. It needs a complete remodel.

First of all, there is no handicap parking. The wings were crispy but very greasy and dripping everywhere. They put a dry rub and then you get the sauce separately to dip in and not a lot at that. I got spicy garlic it was good and spicy mango which wasnt spicy just sweet. The blazin isnt blazin. My wife got mild dust and bbq ranch, she said it wasnt good at all. The fries were ok. The servers were great though, always checking to make sure we were ok. Not worth the money though. $50 for the two of us.

I stopped by BKW (West Town Location) for lunch to get some wings, The "BIG" Kahuna wings. I have been coming to BKW (Farragut Location) for almost 20 years and have always had great food and drinks. Today was the most disappointing visit I have ever had at West Town. The bartender Chrissy was very nice and very helpful. I included a picture of the "BIG" Kahuna wings I got today. The service and management was excellent. My wife and our daughters went for our first visit during lunch. She ordered wings and I got the bbq burger. The food was very lack luster. The wings were very bland even with what looked to be a lot of seasoning. The burger was extremly dry and flavorless. The Mac and cheese was the best item and was still very bland. I used to go here a lot and really enjoyed the food so it was really sad to come in and experience this. We came in on a Tuesday and it was dead empty aside from some bar patrons (maybe one other table during our time there). We ordered some Pig Fries which were good! Our party got a salad and a burger, and I got 10 bone-in wings. The food came out decently fast. My wings were pretty good until I got to one of my drums. Near the bone, the meat was pink.
