The store in Lenoir City Tennessee Was a very good experience with a very knowledgeable salesman. There was absolutely no pressure. When I finally made my choice , he made the purchase very easy to go through. The delivery Was a very. The manager/salesman was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided a relaxing atmosphere with no hard-sale pressure while we chose the best mattress for us. It was delivered when promised and the delivery men were polite and careful.
