In August of 1992, Roger and Misty Cunningham opened the first Bed Store location in a small West Knoxville strip mall. 26 years, 8 stores and over 200,000 tucked in customers later, we still do the same thing we started out doing. After a year of my bed being on layaway, I have finally received one of the best rests in my life. The crew, from the salesman to the delivery team did an awesome job. I was never pressured for the sale and the salesman was very thorough about asking me about my sleeping needs. After trying several models on the sales floor, I decided on the Tuckfit firm mattress. Experience was good. I just think $4,000 for a mattress is Expensive. I have bought Mattresses from "Mattress by Appointment ", and, have been just as satisfied, for a fraction of the cost. Sales clerk was nice ( 4 stars) Delivery excellent. (5 stars) Cost, 3 stars. I gave an overall of 4 stars, because I Chose to pay $4K. Next time, it's back to "Mattress by Appointment "
Sale person was great…didn’t try to be pushy on anything in particular and was genuinely a very nice person and we chatted a deal about all sorts of things that made it personal and not just about making the sale.
We had an all-around great experience at the Bed Store Maryville location. Tommy delivers outstanding customer service. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was attentive and guided us to a purchase that was just right for our needs. We are very happy with our mattress and adjustable bed frame. Highly recommended this location.
The Bed Store was a great experience. We were guided by the sales man to lay on mattress's of various firmness until we found the one we loved. He was Not pushy at all. The delivery men were professional and took away our old mattress, bringing in the new one in and placing it perfectly on the base. We were very pleased with the entire process.
