In August of 1992, Roger and Misty Cunningham opened the first Bed Store location in a small West Knoxville strip mall. 26 years, 8 stores and over 200,000 tucked in customers later, we still do the same thing we started out doing. While shopping for a kid in college, we came to this family-owned business after trying 3 other mattress stores nearby. Jimmy knew exactly what we were looking for and we were sold on the first one we tried. The price was reasonable, delivery was within 2 days, the delivery people came right on the dot, and they were professional and courteous. I am not sure why somebody would have to go to one of many chain stores around.
Staff at the Bed Store are friendly and super to work with! Jimmy was a huge help and took great care with every detail. Kevin was quick to help him with a last-minute issue we had so it worked out perfectly. Delivery guys were fantastic and efficient - above and beyond. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Worked with Jimmy. He was great and fun to work with. We have bought our second bed from the Bed Store. The guys, Dylan and big guy took our older bed and brand new wooden frame away. Hope the bed is given to someone that needs it. Our new mattress is beautiful and feels great. Hoping it allows my husband and I comfort, less back pain and great sleep. Ty
My husband actually bought the mattress and was extremely pleased with his experience. I was the one who was here for the delivery. The delivery guys were absolutely amazing! I know one was named Dylan! They both were very professional and kind!
Jimmy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole mattress shopping experience easy and stress-free. Great customer service—highly recommend asking for him!
