We had a great experience at The Bed Store thanks to Shawn! He took the time to explain all of the different options available. We originally planned to go with a Tempur-Pedic, but after thinking it over a bit longer, we decided to change our order to a Sealy Posturepedic and Shawn handled the order change with no issues at all. He was knowledgeable and patient with us! Highly recommend The Bed Store & Shawn!
I went into The Bed Store in Turkey Creek when I saw the sale signage on the store front. I was approached by Shawn Moss who was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed my wife and I which mattress would best suit our sleep habits and body type. We got beds for ourselves and our children at outstanding prices and left feeling much happier than when we came in. I would highly recommend this store!
This is our third bed in almost 30 years that we have bought from the bed store. The bed store was the only store in Knoxville that carried a 100% latex mattress. The latex was still a good bed when we needed to stretch to a king size. So, our king size came from there. It worked for eight years and we just replaced it with another latex. Memorial wknd I thought I was headed to the mattress firm and ended up at Bed Store Turkey Creek. Jimmy made my happy accident a satisfactory and memorable experience. He went above and beyond to made sure I got what I described for my budget. My first mattress was not comfy at all and he made a few suggestions and I let the expert cook. I paid a little extra but it was worth it. He personally delivered my new mattress so as to avoid an additional delivery fee, I did say he went above and beyond.
