In August of 1992, Roger and Misty Cunningham opened the first Bed Store location in a small West Knoxville strip mall. 26 years, 8 stores and over 200,000 tucked in customers later, we still do the same thing we started out doing. Wayne at the Bed Store was very nice and helpful. He guided us toward mattresses that would suit our preferences, but was not pushy. He answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable on all the mattress options in the store. I liked that a two hour window was provided the day before delivery and the delivery drivers gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. The delivery experience was very easy and the workers were friendly.
Our salesman was well informed, explained the differences in the beds and left us alone while we tried the different beds. He applied no pressure but was available if we had further questions. I love my new bed. The installers were on time. They were friendly and could answer any questions we had about the different features of the bed. The bed has everything I wanted. Wayne is very helpful and would do anything to help his customer! He was very happy and welcoming to me in the store! He helped me find what I was looking for and had a good time doing it. Would definitely recommend Wayne as the salesman to go to!
Store visit was great! I was listened to as what my issues were and directed towards what my best choices might be. No rush or pressured sales. The gentleman that delivered were very respectful also.
Store personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. The mattress we bought has been a blessing. My husband and I both have arthritis and bad knees and backs. We are experiencing much less discomfort.
